The Project . Level is a visual arts centre which specialises in working with adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Level is an
Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation (NPO). .
Graphic Workman was asked to help develop a new visual identity which would take the organisation forward and position the work that they do as contemporary, relevant and unique.
Creative Response . Following audience led research, the proposed identity echoed the mix of viewpoints, characterful interactions and ambition of the organisation. .
An ambigram logomark was conceived alongside a strong typographic language and versatile colour palette.

Visual page numbering systems and playful editorial layouts mirror the inclusive, playful and energentic experience of spending time at Level.
Results . "What we received was a creative collaboration which
informed not only our future media/marketing identity and tools, but our annual programming and the delivery of our projects.
The process of the re-brand touched, informed and finessed
our whole approach to who we were as an organisation."
